Our Vision

Unity Tabernacle of Restoration (Unity/Unity TOR) is a nondenominational Church which has a heart (focus) for Outreach Ministry – feeding and clothing the needy, door-to-door ministering to the homebound, ministering to those in prisons, shelters, and nursing homes – and many other envisioned ministries as the Holy Spirit presents them. We have accomplished opening up “Open Cupboard”, a food pantry and clothing closet for those who find themselves in situations of need.

We desire to have vans for transportation that will allow us to meet the transport needs of those (elderly and young) without means to attend Church services, make doctor’s visits, trips to the grocery store, and other essential needs for ones’ health and wellbeing.

We seek to reach out to those many have labeled as loss – the alcoholic, the drug addict, the prostitute, emotionally detached. It is our desire to provide Christ-centered, professional counseling for guidance and direction in dealing with life situations and circumstances.

We also have a strong desire to provide homes for the single parent (male or female) and the homeless; to provide recreational areas for the youth, young adults (attempting to keep them safe from the dangers of the streets), and seniors.

Being a “people motivated” Church, we set no physical boundaries for our ministry. Where we are lead to minister is where we will obediently and boldly go as ambassadors to meet the needs of those crying out for help.
